From the need to effectively communicate with the small dye-house customer, who was beyond the understanding of the European chemical-product designations, and buying only in small tins, evolved SF Group; transcending linguistic and cultural barriers. SF Group is considered as one of the reputed business houses in India having interests in manufacturing and marketing textile dyes & chemicals and represents renowned companies like Atul Ltd. and Archroma Pvt. Ltd. Having started a trader of imported textile dyes and chemicals in 1954, SF has since then diversified into manufacturing, distribution for multinationals and real estate development. SF has grown substantially in the last few years with a strong technical and managerial team and is further looking to expand operations.

About Role -

Key result areas:

- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, action plans and successful execution of the same to achieve the targets

- Building relationships and understanding customer trends

- To independently handle and manage the complete sales by implementing national sales plans and supervising sales managers

Responsibilities:

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets, budgets for geographies, salesperson; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

- Developing, executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base

- Developing and building a sales executives team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge about the sales product

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Identifying valuable emerging markets

- Staying updated with the industry knowledge and always be on the lookout for best practices

- Staying alert and self-motivated to develop new business opportunities for the company

- Empower the sales executives to accomplish above responsibilities in their respective goals and target

Other details:

- Open to travel upto 50% of the time across India

- Working days are Monday to Friday (But the 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays are working)

Experience -

Must have:

- At least 8 years domestic sales/business development and/or technical experience from textile chemicals/dyes business

- Team handling experience

Preferred:

- Has a strong network of textile companies as customers
