- Filing of application and obtaining approval from SEZ and GST / Customs for - Duty-free import, inter-unit transfers and de-bonding of capital goods - De-bonding of unit, expansion of unit and DTA sales permission - Exemptions / refund for all units (Electricity duty, CST / GST refunds etc.) - Ensure SLA based clearance of material with ZERO Demurrages - Ensure that bond register entries are updated for import, inter-unit transfer and de-bonding of capital goods - Liaise with Clearing and forwarding agent (CHA) on day to day basis and process the invoices as per timelines - Ensure that all units are registered under Air cargo and Port authorities - Ensure Letter of Permission issued by SEZ authorities are valid. - Liaise with SEZ, GST / Customs and CHA on clearance and another day to day activities - Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide all support to ensure smooth closure of the audit - Renewal of Custom Bonding Insurance policy (Fire and Burglary) - Timely filing of Software Exports Form (Softex), Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Progress report with SEZ for all units Timely filing of ER2 / Form - A / Form - B returns with Customs / GST authorities - All records including bond registers are kept properly and readily available for audit and inspection - Ensure timely reply to queries raised by government authorities - Ensure compliance with Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) - Experience in STPI compliance will be added advantage - Assist and mentor executives/contract staff in order to ensure that business objectives are met.
