Job Description - Sales & Product Trainer

Sales Training:

- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that there are no gaps in execution of the Sales Process.

- Constantly work with the regional sales team understanding their training needs.

- Driving Sales Teams to be high performing teams by ensuring that there is no gap between strategy and implementation.

- Taking care of all training needs for the new joiners and ensure that they start performing in their roles within a month's time.

- Conduct refresher/updates trainings for the sales team.

- Help trainees on the field in closing deals.

- Help in improving the overall productivity of the sales force and concentrating on reducing the number of front-line sales folks getting into the bottom quartile of performance.

Training and Development :

- Developing, maintaining and delivering key training- programs in line with Organization Talent Strategy that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage organization's talent pool.

- Deliver training sessions as applicable induction sessions, behavioural sessions & soft skills training.

- Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and report results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.

Employee Engagement :

- Review and analyse business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Lead R&R and Engagement activities including cultural programmes, staff events, Monitoring activities and progress of self-managed engagement groups.

Minimum/Specific Experience :

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Food Science or Home Science or is a Qualified Nutritionist.

- 2-5 years of relevant experience; preferably in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical or food retail.

- Hands on experience in field sales training

- Experience in conducting sales training for feet on street profiles

- Conducted various soft skills and behavioural training session

- Gone through a formal TTT on facilitation skills

- Sound knowledge of Adult learning principles

- Good presentation skills

- Understanding of the concepts of designing training material

- Understanding of ADDIE methodology
