Product Manager - HR Product Line

- This position reports to Director of Product Management, HR Business Unit

What you get to do in this role:

- Working with the product team to formulate our product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Defining and prioritizing a backlog of work.

- Being the voice of the customer and provide a business perspective on value during day-to-day development.

- Collaborating with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features.

- Meeting with the field to understand the requirements of customers & prospects and win new business.

- Collaborating with Product Marketing to produce sales education materials.

- Working with User Experience and Support to assure smooth installation and adoption.
