Group Product Manager - HR Product Line

- This position reports to: Director of Product Management, HR Business Unit

- Providing effective and efficient means of managing and fulfilling employee requests, thus boosting productivity and helping HR teams leverage insights to continually optimize and improve operations and service levels

What you get to do in this role:

- Work with the HR product leadership team to formulate our product vision, strategy and roadmap.

- Manage and mentor a team of passionate Product Managers

- Partner with our design organization to deliver - consumer-grade- UX

- Regularly validate features and functionality with customers and represent their voice in tradeoff decisions

- Collaborate with the other business units on cross-platform initiatives

- In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who:

- Has the ability to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, which requires a good sense of what is technically feasible

- Has the ability to generate ideas for how our products can make our customers more successful

- Has experience working in an agile (Kanban, Scrum, XP) environment

- Enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment.
