This is regarding opening with Wealth Management Company as a Service Relationship Manager

Designation: Service Relationship Manager

Experience: Minimum experience of 4 years and above in the same industry.

NOTE: looking for candidates with Wealth Management Back ground only.

Location: Mumbai And Delhi

Job role:

Customer onboarding, transaction processing, paperwork, portfolio updates, support, and service delivery are all tasks that must be completed.

1. Proactively engage with clients and serve as their single point of contact for all service-related needs.

2. Ensure that all investment transactions, such as MF, PMS, Structured Products, Bonds, and NCDs, are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Provide back-end support to the relationship team by recording and generating MIS and engaging with customers.

4. Managing escalations and handling HNI customers while maintaining good service standards.
