Overview - In this role, you will be responsible for managing all the services clients and ensuring quality, timely delivery of the insurance back-office operations. You will be supporting pre-sales activities for the Insurance the back-office service line. You will function as an Engagement Manager for the service line and liaise with Claim, Underwriting and Finance departments of the customers and ensure that the business is transitioned and run with 0 escalations. Your role will function as an overlay of organizing the entire services practice of 400+ people and help build this into a large practice and maintain/improve the already efficient business. You will be encouraged to be passionate about the Insurance industry s realities and problems and know how to seek these using analytics and technology. Responsibilities : 1. Deliver to Key Result Area (Productivity and Quality) meeting SLA.&nbsp; 2. End-to-end service delivery for all services clients.&nbsp; 3. Handle direct responsibility of 400+ staffing for the Personal and Business Insurance line of businesses.&nbsp; 4. Ensure stable operating model amidst sequenced efficiency commitments to the client displaying agility, experiential client handling and people management.&nbsp; 5. Drive transformation and standardization across to converge delivery under center of excellence using the client platform.&nbsp; 6. Be the primary point of contact for client s center of perfection in India.&nbsp; 7. Deliver zero surprise operational delivery. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor in any stream&nbsp; 2. Experience in BPO/KPO&nbsp; 3. Robust Insurance operations experience, with experience of handling 400+ direct team in prior insurance roles&nbsp; 4. Expertise in data handling and smart operations Preferred qualifications : 1. Nice to have Certified Associate in P&amp;C insurance (The Institutes) or Equivalent certification in the USA like AINS, CPCU,&nbsp; 2. Experience in running Six Sigma practices&nbsp; 3.
