Service Manager - Insurance/Health Claims

- Follow the Set process for Health Claim Servicing for Client based in Mangalore/ Dharmasthala

- Coordinate with Hospitals and TPA's for claim servicing

- Manage Customer Database and Monitor Claim MIS

- Generate Claim utilization Reports for assigned clients & geography

- Document business requirements related to Reports and dashboards

- Manage customer queries

Job Requirements: 

- Graduate/Post Graduate

Preferred but not mandatory

- Worked with Insurance company, broker or TPA

- Insurance domain knowledge preferred

- Knowledge of regional language Kannada &Tulu (written & spoken) is mandatory

- Excellent Knowledge Of MS Excel Like (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot, Conditional Formatting Etc), Word (Mail Merge), And Outlook

- Excellent Typing Including Speed And Accuracy

- Attention To Detail, Dashboard, Compilation Of Data

- Good Written And Verbal Communication Skills
