Service Manager - DGM/GM - Installation/Commissioning - OEM

Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :

Qualifications : BE/B Tech. or Equivalent (Mechanical)

Experience: Large Mining Excavators like EX2500, EX1200, PC2000, PC 1250

Age Group: Between 35 to 50 yrs

Preferable Companies: OEM companies like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Tata Hitachi, O&K, Liebherr, Voltas or Gmmco also.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR (GM / DGM):

1. Responsible for servicing and supervision of excavators ( EX 2500, EX 1200, PC 2000, PC 1250 )

2. Good in Installation, Commissioning, Erection & Troubleshooting

3. To identify new opportunities / customers for the company.

4. To work with the credit controller to ensure all o/s are within the target levels

5. Performs servicing, maintenance, overhauling, rebuilding, and repair of engine components in the workshop

6. Performs root cause failure analysis of damaged engine parts and components.

7. Travels extensively to attend to field service assignments.

8. Engine Overhauling

9. Removing and installing machine components / assist in component repairs, following procedures laid down in the appropriate service manuals and quality control.
