Service Lead/Manager - SAP Service Module Implementation - Automobiles Industry (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for a Service Lead/Manager with 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Well-versed in the complete operations of an automobile.
- Service Lead/Manager will be involved in the SAP implementation project in order to manage the delivery of the Service module. He needs to interact with Key Users, Core team members and Business Process Owners during the project implementation and deliver the auto Express solution on SAP platform, with the help of the Consultants.
Job Responsibilities :
- Service Lead will be trained on autoExpress so that he can manage the discussions with the Customer team to implement the autoExpres solution for our clients.
- Service Lead will be involved in requirements gathering, drawing the business blueprint and will be responsible for configuring the solution with help of the consultants and driving Key user training sessions, set up the roles and responsibilities and drive System integration test and finally conduct User Acceptance test.
- Service Lead will be involved in Data migration and cut over activities and will manage the go-live and post-go-live support.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in workshop repair and operations in a reputable automotive dealership, out of which 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Should have strong technical knowledge in vehicle diagnosis and repair.
- Knowledge of technical software.
- Ability to think analytically.
- Planning and organizing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, client handling capability.
- Must have strong Knowledge of Vehicle Service, Repair and Body works related processes
