- Responsible for Strategy, Policy & Operations.

- Export service starts with the dispatch of the machine to the distributor and is critical for the company.

- Handling a team of onsite & offsite service managers & engineers.

- Ensuring seamless on-site & remote service support.

- Creating country complaint service & warranty policies.

- To meet customer service expectations of the developed US & European market.

- To ensure service delivery in remotest African nations.

- Strong implement & crop practise knowledge for solution approach.
