Service Delivery Manager - Talent Acquisition - RPO

We are hiring for Manager - Service Delivery (CSM) - Recruitment function for one of our MNC Investment banking and financial RPO Clients.

In this role, the incumbent will be working from the Client office.

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 10+ years

Working hours: 5 days, day shift

Please Note: This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability, and you would be deployed to the client location (onsite) (Not a contract role)

Key Deliverables:

- Managing the Talent acquisition function and service delivery on open roles

- Managing team - ensuring performance management though TAT, Improving efficiency , capability building, internal coordination

- Stakeholder Management at all levels

- Ensuring SLAs are met and the key matrices are tracked.

- Fostering best practices

- Ensuring timely release of dashboards, MIS.

- Process adherence

- Ensuring smooth workflow on ATS

Prerequisites :

- Experience of spearheading Talent acquisition function

- Team management experience

- Investment banking/BFSI industry is mandatory
