Service Delivery Manager - SAP Basis

Job Description:

- Leading project teams to deliver end to end project assignments successfully

- Manage and lead SAP Application Management for a team 30-50 resources.

- Understand the long-term support KPIs/SLAs and reporting mechanisms/tools

- Good in Delivery Management and handling Operations of SAP GRC and SAP Security for large organizations

- Knowledge of SAP Business Processes, Process risks, controls, segregation of duties and Access Control Audits

- Good communication skill & Customer handling experience

- People management

- Work on continuous improvement and analyze current processes and operations for optimization
