Service Delivery Manager/Functional Lead - Reference Data/Data Management (10-16 yrs)

Role: Functional Lead

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that all services are being delivered at the operational level to meet agreed SLAs

- Leading Service Management meetings and all critical customer interactions

- Ensure all scheduled deliverables are achieved and reviews all customer roadmaps to ensure both tactical and strategic impact can be achieved

- Constantly drive innovations and automations in the team

- Oversees delivery and acts as a mentor as required for Trade processing and pricing teams

- Working with teams on continuous improvement of the current processes

- Ensures new knowledge is encapsulated in the form of best practices, processes and tools

- Participates in recruiting, interview and resource selection including people development, training & certification

- Engage with various offshore departments to ensure service continuity

Candidate must have - 

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2. Knowledge of Trade processing or Pricing with overall understanding of investment operations

3. Forward looking and has innovative mindset

4. Excellent problem solving /analytical and decision making skills

5. Proven managerial and leadership experience

6. Effective relationship management skills & customer centricity

7. Ability to work across multiple shifts

Competencies:

1. Strong Investment banking / Asset management background

2. Atleast 10 years- experience in financial services industry.

3. Post graduate degree in Finance/ Banking/ Accounting.

4. Strong outsourcing experience
