As a Service Delivery Manager, you will plan and execute customer portfolios & Service Orders (end-to-end).
What you will do:
- Curating content for landing pages, promotional communication for SMS, Emailers, FB, etc.
- Maintaining a good relationship with Internal & External Stakeholders via a smooth flow of communication
- Maintaining service trackers for Internal review calls
- Providing clients with regular updates and periodic statements to keep them abreast of the campaign progress
- Optimizing the campaigns by monitoring Campaigns & performance through analytics & reports to improve the effectiveness / ROI of the campaign
- Communicate with clients regularly identify their preferences and facilitate the process to meet their needs and expectations
What you must have:
- 2+ years of experience in Service Delivery; preferably in Edtech Industry
- Performance Tracking & Improving Operations
- Strong command over MS Office
- Ability of Re-thinking Strategies
- Proven ability to meet Deadlines
- Strong Verbal & written Communication Skills
- MBA is preferred
