Service Delivery Manager - Campus Recruitment - Investment Bank

We are hiring Service Delivery Manager(CSM) professionals for an RPO with one of the Investment Bank clients.

This is full-time employment with Flexability Consultants.

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 10+ years

Working hours: 5 days, day shift

Please Note: This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability, and you would be deployed to the client location (onsite) (Not a contract role)

The responsibilities include:

- Administer all on-campus recruitment for both summer interns and FTEs.

- Strategize campus programs for each BUs

- Strengthen campus engagement & employer branding initiatives at premier institutes(Tier 1, Tier 2)

- Oversee the organization and execution of networking/information sessions and other student events.

- Manage operational oversight and coordination for firm-wide campus recruitment process

- Provide statistical reporting and analysis for business and recruitment management.

- Manage a team of campus lead and coordinator.

This is a Transactional role and not a strategic role.
