GSM Analytics & Automation Team Overview : The Global Supply Management Analytics & Automation team provides data-driven insights to maximize savings, power strategic vendor decisions, manage risk, optimize efficiency, improve service quality, and deliver transparency. The team is also responsible for building new technology capabilities and automation though RPA / Analytical tools/ AI.

Job Description :
1. Drive Advanced Analytical capabilities within GSM and Business Units
2. Predictive Analytics and Data visualizations for senior leadership MIS
3. Drive Data strategy initiatives
4. Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
5. Performing feasibility study/POCs to validate the functional specification and translate them into technical specification.
6. Analyze the existing environment and derive opportunities, recommend alternative solutions to technical problems.
7. Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
8. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
9. Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
10. Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance
11. Translate requirements into concepts and user experience design - associate with stakeholders/ business partners to enhance design suggestions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. 8-10+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Mining, Visualizations, Big Data & Machine Learning.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree relevant to the industry (other credentials will be a plus)
3. Strong analytical bend and experience on analytics tools Emptoris, OBIEE, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx.
4. Excellent Visual Design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction - experience in developing reporting solutions towards complex multi-paneled, interactive dashboards
5. Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner to a global audience
