Role Expectation

Position: Service Delivery Lead - Strategy Lead (from ISB & IIM) - Project Management

Job location –: Bangalore

Experience -10 or more years

Education – MBA from ISB-Hyderabad or IIM-(Ahmedabad,Bangalore,Calcutta) only

Being part of 'Business Performance Excellence' team, person is responsible for providing strategic partnership to India Business Leaders and On-shore Process Owners.

- In addition, this position would be expected to lead global level initiatives, which would demand operation management skills, technology and domain component.

- In addition, position is responsible for identification, development and delivery of process solutions in the delivery of new product/service introductions, business improvement and process standardization projects.

- Major Program Management

- Financial Modeling / Business Analytics

- Measurement System Design

- Process Design

- Change Management

- Project Management

- Process Improvement Implementation / Execution

- Responsible for the completion of process assessment, design and enablement of a performance projects

- Leads programs or several projects of medium size or complexity

- Communicates milestone progress to management and business sponsors and key stakeholders

- Operations + Technology skills is a preferred skill

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical ability

- Deep domain knowledge across several functions and applications

- Ability to motivate and lead others

- Experience with analysis methodologies (service models, financial models, data flow diagrams, work & process flow diagrams)

- Ability to translates business needs into process / functional requirements

- MBA ( IIM and ISB)
