Service Delivery Lead - Order to Cash - BPO (13-22 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs for aligned accounts, meeting C-Sat requirements for aligned clients in Order to Cash (O2C) space
- Manage service delivery for O2C with experience in leading Operations of large teams with 300 Plus FTEs.
- Meeting top line / bottom line targets for aligned account
- Providing leadership to the team, talent retention (meeting attrition targets), people capability building
- Experience of "Transformational Mindset" in the team
- Showcase though leadership and bring in new ideas
Skills Desired:
- Strong experience in managing all aspects of O2C Operations in a BPO/ Shared Services Environment
- Understanding of revenue accounting, cash accounting, inter company accounting, trial balance, accruals, adjustments, reconciliations, and Fixed Asset Accounting
Others:
- Flexibility to work in US shift
- Years of relevant experience - 13+ years
Preferred qualification:
- CA or ICWA or both or CPA or ACCA
- Certifications in IFRS, Any digital FAO certification
Minimum qualifications
- Post Graduate in commerce or MBA - Finance
