Job Profile:-

- To maintain quality and service standards in support of the contracted Service Level Agreement for business operations encompassing production planning & execution, project management & relationship management across opportunities

- To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of the processes

- To build, support, sustain and motivate a high performance team

Job Responsibilities:-

The Service Delivery lead should be able to guide the team and provide support when required on the below detailed activities for a large Telecom client

- Bill processing, validation and certification

- Disputes resolution with vendors

- Accrual processing and management

- Audit of invoices and identifying savings opportunities Experience Profile

Desire Candidate:-

- 14-16 years of work experience, 12 + year(s) experience in managing Team Leaders / Managers, 6-7+ years business experience in Telecom

- Knowledge of Accrual Procession and Management

- Experience with international vendors
