- Develop, implement, and monitor annual operating plans consistent with the strategic plans and initiatives to support efficiency and cost reduction.

- Help manage the production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial presentations.

- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and strong internal controls for all processes.

- Provide escalation support, oversight and performance monitoring for day-to-day retained and outsourced activities.

- Establish goals, create and track performance metrics.

- Proactively communicate to stakeholders regarding performance, including significant accomplishments, changes, concerns, risks, and awareness of business strategies and challenges.

- Collaborate with global process owners to identify process improvement opportunities across projects, including identifying root causes of issues within the current state, and identifying key future state requirements and changes.

- Remain informed of current and proposed accounting standards/practices and assess the impact of accounting changes on financial statements, procedures, and internal controls.

- Bachelor's degree/PG in finance, accounting, business management, or related field

- 7-10 years of experience leading a rapidly growing business services center or equivalent operations

- Significant experience and knowledge of Shared Services fundamentals including SLA frameworks, metrics and performance reporting, and customer service principles

- Experience in delivering a Shared Services implementation or remediation program

- Experience and knowledge of finance functions

- Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across levels

- A proven aptitude for identifying process inefficiencies, identifying solutions and successfully implementing changes

- Experience leading remote teams
