During over journey of 15 years we have formed credible relationship with Multi Nationals, Large & Mid size Organizations by effectively managing & bringing efficiency to their processes.   We serve more than 200 corporates across more than 30 cities in India with 150+ In-house & 1200+ outsourced employees.  Job Description: -  - Organizing & Conducting Board Meeting/Committee Meeting/General Meeting   - Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Minutes of Board Meeting, and General Meeting and maintenance of all other statutory Books & Registers.   - Drafting of resolutions.  - Annual Filing (Normal and XBRL mode), Annual Return   - Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Compliances of Listed Companies as per SEBI (LODR) requirement.   - Pre and Post Compliances of Board Meeting; (Like preparation of Agenda, Minutes, Intimation in newspapers and Stock Exchange.  - Conveying of AGM/ EGM and other class meeting   - Assistance in Secretarial Audit   - Preparation and filing of various E-Form with ROC  - Incorporation of Private, Public, OPC Companies under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP  - Compliances on change of name, registered office, Object Clause of Articles of Association (AOA)   - Drafting and alteration of Memorandum of Association & Articles of Association   - Preparing various documents for allotment of Shares, Shifting of Registered Office, Appointment and Resignation of Directors, Change of Name of Company, Registration of Charges, Increase in Authorised Capital. etc   - Issue of Share Certificate and related work   - Strike off and fast track exit of Companies.   - Assisted in Secretarial audit   - Acquiring of Digital Signature   - Drafting of applications, directors Affidavit, consent letter, Notice, newspaper advertisement, Power of Attorney, Agreement etc.   - Strike off and fast track exit of Companies.   - Preparing & finalizing Due - Diligence report and Search report for various companies   - Conversion of Private Limited Company into Public Limited Company and ensuing various compliance for the same.  Desired Profile: -  - CS & LLB  - 3.5 years post qualification work experience as in-house legal counsel   - Should be good at communication  - Should have done contract management in past.
