During over journey of 15 years we have formed credible relationship with Multi Nationals, Large & Mid size Organizations by effectively managing & bringing efficiency to their processes.   We serve more than 200 corporates across more than 30 cities in India with 150+ In-house & 1200+ outsourced employees.  Job Description: -  Drafts contracts, briefs, notices, memoranda, circulars, correspondence, orders, reports, and other legal forms;  Prepares routine letters (i.e. demand or inquiry) to delinquent parties;  Conducts preliminary study of cases submitted to the staff arising from infractions of the law, makes preliminary decisions about actions to be taken and prepares drafts for submission to superior;  Checks documents or papers for compliance and correctness;  Conducts legal research and preliminary investigation (trial type) on administrative cases;  Conducts arbitration and mediation services for delinquent parties pursuant to Alternative Dispute Resolution of the Supreme Court  Provides legal advisory and counselling on other official matters;  Perform other functions that maybe assigned by the supervisor from time to time;  Desired Profile: -  - Should be good at communication  - Should have done contract management in past.   HR
