Sepio Products Pvt. Sepio is currently looking to add rockstars to its growing team based out of Mumbai. As a key member in the company, this person will take ownership and help drive international business with the Directors. More specifically, the roles and responsibilities include : Help to drive the profit and loss with the Management : - Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential/improvement across business opportunities and geographies. - Develop new business along with handling the existing ones - Establish short term and long term sales budgets and develop and execute on business plans in order to achieve organization goals Develop international/export marketing strategies to grow the business incl. new geographies : - Identify potential customers and channel partners in new markets and pitch solutions - Competition analysis and strategies to counter competition - Evaluate existing markets, market sizes, trends, prices and collate information to identify potential markets - Manage channel partners and distributors and coordinate with them to realize the AOP - Understand customer needs, suggest solutions to solve customer pain points that contribute to revenue Collaborate with the technology team to innovate and build solutions that drive business results : - Identify product-market-fit for international markets and work with the technology team to deliver required solution - Conduct technical training for potential and existing customers based outside of India You should apply if : - You want to work for a growth phase Enterprise Tech startup. - You are metrics and target driven. - You have demonstrated active listening skills, and are highly consultative and solutions-oriented. - You have 2+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS/IoT sales. - You have prior experience in identifying leads and seeing deals to closure - You have the ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for international clients - You have prior experience in working with C-level executives across continents What do we look for : - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. - Demonstrated intense customer focus. - Analytical mind-set - Strong team player - Focused on delivering results with high standards - Innovative, thinks out-of-the-box. - Ability to work in a high-pressure situation - 2-5 years of experience preferably in enterprise sales, account management or client facing role for international customers Job Location : Mumbai
