SEO & Organic Growth Role Job Description : About the Role : - Building and scaling a truly world-class organic growth marketing team and capability. - Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings, CTR and ultimately organic downloads. - Research and prioritize SEO keywords to leverage to drive KPIs. - Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in organic growth, on-page, off-page SEO. - Monitor, and report performance metrics to leadership to understand SEO strategy performance. - Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy. - Drive product development to increase conversion on the landing page by coordinating with PMs, engineering teams. - Write or guide content writers to create compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions. - Update content and source top quality backlinks for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
