Legal Manager ( IP)


Job Purpose :


Independently being in-charge of all aspects of technology and IP contracts of the

Company.

- Knowledge of IP with skill to safeguard technology & IP under the contracts

Reporting to (Role) - General Counsel


Key Responsibilities :


- Drafting and negotiating and providing advice on technology and IP related agreements and transactional projects involving IP.


- Experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating contracts for technology products.


- Managing conflicts and litigations.


- Advising on a wide range of IP issues (including trademarks, patents, and copyrights).


- Providing specialist IP legal support for acquisitions and disposals.


- Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
