Sentiss Pharma- Assistant Manager/ Manager- Supply Planner(Pharma or FMCG industry preferred))

A. Planning:

- Be single point responsible for all customer support for direct customers globally

- To consolidate sales plan and work on demand planning for all products for all markets in totality

- To conduct and lead the monthly S&OP meetings and weekly calls with customers in Russia, CIS and other geographies

- Service orders fulfillment provided by the markets

- Prepare S&OP dashboard and submit to Sales teams for review prior to monthly S&OP meetings

- Based on S&OP meetings, derive proposed production plan for 3-6 months and submit to Production Plan team

- Monitor Production Plan Vs. Actual and inform sales team about any delays

- Monitor Secondary Sales in markets on weekly basis and evaluate the impact of increase or decrease in planned sales on inventory and production plan

- Evaluate the Primary and Secondary of the country level forecast statistically to determine the ideal forecast to be kept for production planning and SLA calculation

- Create 3 months and 12 months rolling supply plan

- Mitigating the risks that can affect product supply

B. Inventory and Shipment:

- Monitor inventories in the market, Plant & In transit inventories against agreed SLAs

- Debottlenecking issues related to supply and inventories

- Track DAILY INVENTORY of Russia and MONTHLY INVENTORY of CIS countries and share daily reports against SLAs

- Report any imbalance of stock and escalate to make further action plan to mitigate the potential risk

- Keep track of shelf life of products and coordinate with countries to resolve any and all issues related to it like offering discounts, finance approval etc.

- Continually review the inventory data across all locations to decide and propose air and sea shipments to save the logistics cost and maintain the inventory balance at all locations including transit.

- Co-ordinate with the Logistics team on shipment details to communicate and track all the export shipments

C. Supply Chain Analytics

- Work on ERP enhancement, Dashboards and Supply Chain Analytics

- Responsible for MIS reports w.r.t Supply Chain functions and weekly dashboards
