What experience or knowledge should you bring? 1. Minimum 6+ years of technical Recruiting experience in recruitment standard methodologies 2. Experience with both high volume recruitment and developing creative initiatives and top-notch execution 3. Passion, bold, data-driven, super creative in your recruiting methods, and eager to bring your Recruitment voice. 4. Experience in Candidate tracking and process management 5. Great negotiation abilities and high market knowledge and awareness, always staying one step ahead of the curve 6. Extensive use and experience in Sourcing: tools, projects, deep-web search, Linkedin Recruiter best practices. 7. Ability to create meaningful partnerships with hiring managers, and at the same time have outstanding relationships with our potential talents 8.
