Sensibull - Associate Product Manager/Product Manager

[Sensibull](https://sensibull.com/) is India's first and largest Options Trading Platform. We are transforming now into a first-of-its-kind financial advisor marketplace. We are solving what is possibly the most challenging problem in the investment space - how to make a common man profitable.




Sensibull is funded by and partnered with Zerodha, the largest stock broker in India. We have tied up with 5 of the top 10 brokers in India, and are adding more. We are operationally profitable, and looking to expand to other geographies. We are a product focused, engineering heavy, high ownership team of 30 people.






MUST-HAVES - (B2C is mandatory)-

- 1+ years of relevant experience as a product manager in a B2C product/startup that has scaled

- 1+ years of experience in project management, release planning, and delivering projects in a timeline through sprints, scrums, agile methodologies, etc.

- 1+ years of working with Mobile app teams as a product manager

- 1+ years of experience in Roadmap, Prioritization, PRDs, Experimentation & A/B Testing, Wireframing, Mobile Product Management.

- Prior experience in Trading/gaming domain is a plus, although not a must-have

Responsibilities:

- Design and own Product Roadmap. Ensure constant execution of the product life-cycle and on-time feature delivery.

- Write detailed spec documents consisting of user flow, logic, and corner cases.

- Feature prioritisation, task breakdown, sprints, resource planning, estimating timelines

- Working closely with developers, designers, and testers to ensure that projects are delivered on time

- Coordination with the QA team to develop a comprehensive testing suite and ensure high-quality during release cycles.

- Perform user tests regularly for both the platform and as well as new features and improve the UX constantly

- Manage various stakeholders including Tech, Design, QA, Customer Support, Marketing, Partner brokers, etc.

- Work closely with the product and data team in making decisions for Acquisition, Retention, Growth, and Usage.

- Conduct A/B and Multivariate tests to constantly validate hypotheses and use data to make better decisions

- Attention to detail is a must. The platform is numbers heavy and accuracy for the smallest of numbers is critical. You should be able to think through the smallest of cases to make sure nothing is missed.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of relevant experience as a product manager in a B2C product/ startup that has scaled.

- 1+ years of experience in project management, release planning, and delivering projects in a timeline through sprints, scrums, agile methodologies, etc.

- 1+ years of working with Mobile app teams as a product manager

- Proven track record in building and launching products in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to write detailed documentation for complex features with several corner cases

- A natural ability to empathise with customers and understand the real pain points.

- Proven ability to analyse and draw insights from data.

- Clear communication skills over both mail and in-person
