Job Description : - Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Marketing will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership, sales organization to increase the company's market presence and efficiently drive - B2B sales qualified leads to the sales organization. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, participatory manager who will lead our marketing efforts with the company's current team. The key Responsibilities : - Devise a comprehensive marketing plan with focus on B2B lead generation; should encapsulate and support sales activities, marketing positioning, communication approach, and product strategy - Support sales- efforts to significantly increase the value derived from our current prospect database through emails, mailers, and updated call cadence and messaging - Generate new marketing qualified sales leads through high-touch/in-market programs such as trade shows, DSC, workshops, speaking positions and through digital/virtual programs such as email marketing, PPC, advertising, PR - Own the online lead funnel process, from measurement to reporting - Ensure employment of industry best practices to measure KPIs and ROI for all programs - Build the SenseHawk brand and thought leadership in the target domains - Ensure our corporate marketing objectives support our hiring and partnership goals Requirements : - Proven marketing expertise with 6 - 8 years of experience across a variety of marketing channels, particularly digital and email - Experience and track record with B2B marketing especially content marketing - Strong understand of online marketing tools, systems and best practices - Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software - Very strong analytical and project management skills - Familiarity with web design - Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills Ideal Candidate Will also Bring : - A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization, and problem-solving skills that support and enable sound decision making. - Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
