We have an incredibly active and quickly growing marketing program here at Sense were looking to add a Product Marketing Manager to help support our (now three!) products. We are looking for a smart and savvy PMM to help bring Senses story to the world. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PMM who is comfortable with translating multiple use cases and personas, comfortable working with SaaS products, and thrives in turning compelling product stories into content such as one sheeters, collaborate with product team and help organize and manage our product launches, prepare materials to train our GTM teams on the latest Sense use cases, and much more.

Your Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of positioning and messaging for the Sense platform and products and help produce content and collateral that articulate Sense offerings, differentiating value, and key benefits, especially technical content and other deliverables for customers, prospects, sales CSM, and other stakeholders

- Build a fundamental understanding of the marketplace and competitors

- Help build out and maintain release calendar of new products and features and assist senior marketing leadership in product launches and GTM

- Provide competitive intelligence and enablement

- Execute product marketing activities that grow market share and improve customer experience

- Conduct customer and persona research for various initiatives

- Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Digital Marketing, Product Management, and Sales

- Be the translation layer between product and product marketing

- Advise and provide support for enablement programs targeting pre-sales Sales Engineers and post-sales Technical Account Managers

- Effectively collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management

- Work closely with design on effectively bringing content and collateral to market effectively and to brand standard

- Other cross-functional projects as needed

About You:

- Degree in marketing, business, liberal arts, or related field

- 3+ years in product marketing, experience in HRTech or SaaS preferable

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- A right and left-brained thinker; you're as comfortable with a technical piece of content as you are creative brand work

- Experience and comfort working cross functionally with sales, demand generation, customer success, product, engineering and leadership

- Passionate and pro-active: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

- Not afraid to ask why, and say no.

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills,

- Superior organizational and time management skills; excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

- Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Proven ability to ramp up quickly with detailed technical content, and to stay current with new product developments
