Senrysa - Head - Products (5-15 yrs)

Objective - Responsible for successful execution of the GTM strategy and vision to achieve business goals.

An exhaustive list of expectations -

- Business Outcomes & Product Adoption through orchestrated execution to deliver on business metrics (Revenue, Customer Acquisition).

- GTM Planning & Execution through product marketing strategy.

- Competitive Positioning: Develop competitive strategies to drive target market share gains. Respond to a new market, product, surface market feedback, and fine-tune the GTM for higher share gain.

- Product roadmap planning, owning and driving business KPIs - ideation to execution

- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Execute Internal marketing of platform and services, Stakeholder management including other LOBs

- Working with Engineering to develop and deliver roadmap items with quality and speed. Work with engineering and design to plan launch

- Design a client feedback loop and optimize for client and business success metrics

- Execute strategies that will drive measurable growth in adoption and engagement.

- Ensure targeted CSAT and NPS score

Competencies :

- Proven experience as a Product head or similar role

- Experience in product lifecycle management

- Background in software development and program management is preferred

- Familiarity with Agile framework

- Organizational and leadership abilities

- Excellent communication skills

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Creative thinking skills
