Head - Performance Marketing
Objective - Drive user growth, retention & business revenue using digital channels like SEM/SEO, FB, YT, OTT, programmatic, display. Strategize data-driven digital marketing campaigns that work on full-funnel view from user identification to conversion. Utilize data analytics & consumer insights to identify user growth opportunities using relevant communications strategies
An exhaustive list of expectations -
- Work with cross-functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Big Drop's revenue goals.
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns. conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.
- Manage SEO.
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way upto the executive level.
- Understand deeply the lifecycle of customers on Square and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
- Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers
- Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale
