Job Summary:

- We are seeking experienced and strategic Senior Wealth Managers to join our leadership team.

- The role involves leading investment strategies, managing high-value portfolios, and driving long-term financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with business goals and market conditions.

- Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of fractional real estate investments, ensuring optimal returns and risk management.

- Deal Structuring: Oversee deal origination, financial modeling, and structuring of investment opportunities.

- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify new investment opportunities.

- Compliance: Ensure all investment activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing investment team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field from a recognized institution.

- 8+ years of experience in investment management, preferably in PropTech, Real Estate Investment, or BFSI sectors.

- CFA/CAIA certification preferred.

- Proven expertise in managing large investment portfolios and high-value deal closures.

- Strong financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis skills.

- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate markets, fractional ownership structures, and investment vehicles.

- Excellent stakeholder management and investor relations abilities.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

CTC: INR 15-20L LPA + Benefits & Bonus
