Job Title - Sr. VP O&M (Toll Business), Mumbai

Function : Revenue, Operations and Maintenance, P & L of Toll Road Business

Specialties: Toll, HTMS, Fast Tag, Hybrid ETC, O&M, Audit, MIS, AOP & Budgets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Coordination and Monitoring of projects and ensure smooth functioning of projects - PAN India.

- Administration of contracts and compliance of all terms and conditions of the BOT Operators Concession Agreement, formulation of operation and maintenance strategy, develop & maintain MIS enhance and develop staff capabilities.

- Business Head Operations and Maintenance for Roads Highway Projects

- Optimization of Revenue

- Day to Day operations controls with Data Analytics and Cost optimization

- Managing Multi-location Business in different Geographies with multiple Stakeholders

- Client Management till HO level

- Ensure all the projects comply with required CA provisions.

- Executing contracts and agreements with perfection as per the defined guidelines.

- Monitor and control on expenditure and ensure optimum utilization of funds and within the Annual Operating Plans (AOP) provisions

- Formulation and implementation of SOP's and SLA's

- Managing and Setting up a Highway Tolling Project including Toll & HTMS, Fast Tag, Hybrid ETC. Be it BOT or Annuity Project right from back end to front end to delivery i.e. Equipment Design, Procurement to Installation and Commissioning of the Project.

- Commercial operations and stabilizing Operations and Maintenance of PAN India Projects

- Manage multiple stakeholders including partners, international partners, government bodies (NHAI), engineers and design consultants day-to-days basis, for status updates.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory compliances and liaise with various authorities for approvals

- Visit the projects on regular basis and ensure site activities are complying the requirements of CA and set by the management & also guide and motivate the site teams for better performances.

- Meet with NHAI/ IE on regular intervals during site visits and maintain a good relation in the interest of the business.
