1. Manage and lead a team of product managers for managing Investments, Liabilities and FX products for INM RBWM. 2. Achieve annual operating plans for revenues and balances /AUM growth for liabilities, Investments and FX product lines. 3. New product/proposition launch and lifecycle management of existing product shelf. 4. Track competition products and services &amp; regulatory/market developments. Assess impact on RBWM business and respond appropriately. 5. Closely work with Sales &amp; Distribution team to support achievement of key performance indicators. 6. Responsible for compliance and internal guidelines. 7. Develop sales enablers through marketing and analytics campaigns. 8. Manage the product and processes to ensure appropriate customer experience. 9. Overall, drive the business as per the Group's strategy around Growth, Streamlining and Global Standards.
