Description

Reporting into the Global Delivery Head, the key responsibilities of the role are:

- Developing and managing the delivery strategy and operations.

- Owning and ensuring efficient and profitable software delivery operations by ensuring a good balance between client needs and Organisation profitability

- Developing and refining solution offerings, requirements definition and estimation process, and strategies for effective pre-sales engagement achieving sales & revenue targets, corporate goals and objectives

- Developing collaborative process with the Product Development to ensure product and service enhancements based upon customer feedback and experience implementing the company's solutions.

- Aligning with sales and provide the required sales support for aggressive growth

- Building, managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers

- Providing clients with overall account management as well as business consulting, as required

- Implementing and managing all parts of the client experience

- Developing an organisational structure and team to deliver high value add implementation services and solutions that exceed customer expectations.

- Leading a group of 150+ highly trained product consultants, operations managers and senior managers (delivery team) and be responsible for ensuring that the team grows and develops its capacity.

Profile

- Engineering from a premium institute, minimum 15 yrs. of experience

- Minimum 8 years of experience in a Leadership role driving software delivery using Agile methods, project management and resource management skills

- Good understanding of current technology trends, ultra-scalable systems

- Good understanding of Banking Domain and CRM landscape

- Exceptional team management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication
