Role :

- Concluding the wage settlements with unions of different units

- Ensuring company-wide legal compliance on all matters related to employment laws

- Driving external stakeholder management who will have potential impact on employee relations

- As a successful candidate,you should have 15-20 years of experience in Industrial Relations

- Experience in setting up greenfield projects would be an added advantage.
