Job Description

The Head of Enterprises Sales will take ownership of one or more Enterprise Banking & Technology solution engagements at a cross-office level encompassing the areas of business sale, business intelligence, sales analytics, information management, sales reporting and mobility

- Provide thought leadership in developing the firm's services and offerings in the Business Sales Technology space and add leverage to the overall leadership span for the aforementioned group in India

The person in this role will be responsible for growing the capabilities in the Banking & Technology Business by developing and managing the existing client relationships and also aid in generating new sales business engagements

This person will need to fully understand the company and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients by developing solutions and offerings relevant to that client base.

- Enterprise Technology Sales is responsible for building and leading a team of experienced sales leaders, account managers, and other professionals in support of the company's enterprise revenue strategy and targets.

- Individuals should have a proven track record of consultative sales and complex contract negotiations; experience building and leading enterprise sales teams; the ability to articulate the company's strategy and vision to a variety of audiences; and a willingness to embrace disruptive, fast-paced technology companies.

Responsibilities

- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, vision and direction in creating high performing enterprise sales team.

- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business including forecasting, pipeline development, training, hiring, performance management and team collaboration

- Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration

- Work with various internal teams to drive satisfaction to ensure opportunities for additional business growth

- Collaborate with our Physical Product group to provide input on layout, design, and construction of spaces that are optimized for Enterprise members.

- Support direct reports by participating in and leading prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required to close large and complex deals.

- Assist and close complex, multi-million-dollar transactions.

- Serve as leadership sponsor to large Enterprise Sales accounts and help drive key executive relationships

- Offer strong thought leadership within the global sales team and marketing team.

- Understand target companies - business needs, develop Banking & Technology Sales proposal and accurately articulate the company's value proposition at the executive level.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.

Education & Qualifications

- Preferred BE/BTech/ME/MTech with specialization in Computer Science / IT, or other computer related disciplines

- 10 to 14+ years of B2B sales experience, and/or 15+ years of enterprise sales management experience, with a history of overachieving targets in a market-leading business-to-business sales organization

Required

- Proven success scaling out an Enterprise Sales team and consultative sales success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers

- Demonstrated ability to continuously increase effectiveness of team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboards, and highly focused on numbers and process

- Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast pace environment

- Strong executive presence - experience and comfort level working with C-level and executives

- Assist/be involved in the selling process by writing proposals and giving product demos;

- Significant supervisory, coaching and hands-on project management skills;

- Prior experience in Big Data, Analytics, Digital Asset Management, Master Data Management and Data Warehousing;

- Strong credentials and demonstrated success in Banking /IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture;

- Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning

- Ability to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects;

- A high level of motivation and self-starting attitude;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;

- A strong work ethic;

- A willingness to travel to meet client needs;
