Job Description :
- To lead application engineering teams
- To implement technology strategy in line with business
- To keep pace with latest technologies and have ability to adapt to the changing technology landscape
- To meet the demands of internal and external customers
- To communicate and interact with senior management in US and India
- To build a positive working environment to motivate staff and providing direction
Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tier 1 institute
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology and application development, preferably on customer facing technology
- At least 8 years in a senior leadership position
- Enthusiastic and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Having experienced large teams and stakeholder both on-site & off-site
