Senior Vice President/Vice President - Structured Finance - Investment Bank

A Leading Investment Bank based in Mumbai is looking for Structured Finance professional for its desk. The role involves Origination of Structured Finance transactions.

Experienc e: 7-12 Years

Location : Mumbai

Designation : VP/SVP

Responsibilities :

- Experience in Origination in Large/Mid Corporate domain

- Building new and maintaining existing relationships with corporates for sourcing transactions

- Preparing pitch presentations, marketing material, term sheets etc.

- Actively leading/participating in sourcing structured credit transactions

- Evaluation of credit profile of clients, deal possibilities, documentation & transaction structuring

- Identifying corporates for potential transactions in Structured Credit

- Ability to independently manage transaction processes on a day today basis

- Very good knowledge on financial modeling principles - should be able to build the model from scratch and also guide the junior team members.

- Executing mandates including preparation of detailed Financial Appraisal evaluating thoroughly the projects

- Background research on specific targets wherein we are pitching to our clients

Qualification : CA/ MBA in Finance
