Senior Vice President/Vice President - Private Clients - Equity (10-15 yrs)
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of financial services experience,
- Preferred Graduate / post graduate degrees- Graduate + MBA/CFP/CFA, AMFI Certification
- Should be a current role with a UHNI wealth management / Family Office / AMC (Direct Relationships - Equity) firm (with direct equities offering) with experience of handling UHNIs on equity advisory.
- Capability of handling (matured state) 50 - 100 client families with an approx. AUM of (500 Crs to 1000 Crs)
Job Description:
- Overall new AUM growth with key focus on PMS. New Inflows in Alchemy PMS / AIF onshore ad offshore equity products of 60Cr to 100 Cr per annum
- Deepening & retention of old AUM
- Acquisition of new client families, managing current relationship as converted from ACM base and references
- Client relationship Management - Profiling, Financial Planning, on-boarding, Asset Allocation & product advisory, Portfolio Reviews and Client Servicing
- Adherence to internal systems and WM Processes
Skills Required:
- Hunter and farmer
- Keen Knowledge of equity as an asset class
- Go-getter and entrepreneurship skills
- Ability to source and onboard Ultra HNI families for company's Equity Products - 5 Cr +++
