Role description :

As the Head of People Operations at our company, there are two major facets of this role :

- Talent acquisition with a focus on our core values and traits

- Instilling a culture within the team which promotes continuous growth for both, individual and company

Responsibilities :

- Understand the business and its core operating culture, and tailor all recruitment and retention strategy to driving and promoting that culture

- Build a company as an employer brand into one of the most attractive places to work for the best in the country

- Ensure that the company's culture of performance first is not diluted and anchor the performance evaluation process with a focus on building careers for the teams

- Work closely with all teams to understand pain points/grievances from an HR (work environment and culture) perspective and genuinely address them both efficiently and effectively

- Develop and implement policies, programs and processes

- Work with key stakeholders and devise learning, development and training programs to build a culture of continuous growth

- Working closely with the training content vendor to ensure that the content is up-to date and improved as needed

- Customer Obsession is key at the company and the single most focal point towards driving the org culture and our partner network. To be effective in this role, you will have to understand our customers and help hire and retain teams with this goal

Who we are looking for :

- 10 to 13 years of experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of managing human resources


- You can think like a business leader and influence decision making at various levels of the organization

- You are always willing to jump right in by taking a hands-on approach to addressing issues or complete tasks

- As the right person for this job, you are a strategic thinker who understands that great companies require the intersection of great ideas, talented people and a unifying culture
