Senior Vice President/Vice President - Investment Banking

Position - VP / SVP

Primary responsibilities

- Work with the team to ensure the delivery of high fundraising solutions for clients.

- Work on a wide range of responsibilities from initial client pitches till transaction closing.

- Supervise the team in preparation of information memorandum, research on industry and sector as part of transaction execution;

- Lead transaction execution by investor/lender reach outs, negotiation of term sheets and other transaction documents.

- Key focus on business development by reaching out to potential clients across sectors

Experience/Skill sets

- Work experience of 7 to 12 years

- Investment banking experience with PE/VC distribution mandatory

- Ability to have mature conversations with promoters/CFOs

- Strong financial modelling and powerpoint presentation skills

- Good oral and written communication skills
