Senior Vice President/Vice President Sugar & Cogen Operations Head

- We are looking for Senior Vice President/Vice President Sugar & Cogen Operations Head for a leading Sugar Industry based at Hyderabad.

- The candidate is responsible for Business Operations of Sugar & Cogen divisions.

The Key responsibility :

- Plan, implement, review and achieve Cane Plantation Targets-

- Ensure H&T gangs and recovery of advances

- Achieve targeted Cane Crushing & Recovery.

- Design a plan of action & review mechanism to achieve targeted operation parameters

- Cost Optimization in R&M and O&M activities

- Ensure start up and shutdown procedures are meticulously followed

- Trip and failure analysis and take preventive action

- Review and update Manuals/ SOPs of O&M, Quality, Safety etc., and implementation, review and monitoring of it's effectiveness

- Propose plans to enhance and benchmark operational performance parameters and system reliability

- Ensuring zero repetitive failures by ensuring all interlocks and protections are in service

- Ensure availability of Materials, facilities at Lab, workshop etc. for smooth operations

- Provide guidance to Unit teams to operate the plant safely, reliably and most efficiently

- Develop Preventive and Corrective plans and policies for all Safety & Fire aspects of the Plants

- Implementation of IMS

- Ensure statutory compliances

- Raise timely claim under insurance, warranties/guarantees.

Projects :

- Ensure proper review of technical specifications/drawings during new project / expansion

- Involvement in pre- commissioning activities and subsequent operation and stabilization of Units
