Senior Vice President/Vice President - Business Development - Power Sector (20-25 yrs)
We are looking for a Senior Business development person who can work with my client (One of the best organisation in power industry) for the growth and expansion of the company.
As Senior VP / VP (BD), incumbent's primary responsibility shall be to develop business opportunities in the entire power sector.
The incumbent will also be responsible for scouting the entire power chain market, build relationships, understand the requirements of various power businesses and create innovative solutions to meet the market's aspirations / requirements.
- The incumbent shall work for growth and expansion of the company's business.
- The incumbent shall also identify skill gaps for the BD team and evolve strategic business direction including capacity building.
- As part of the job, the incumbent will have to deal with Power Developers, State utilities, Government Ministries, Industrial Consumers .
Experience : Minimum 20 years of Managerial experience for Senior VP/ VP level; Knowledge of power sector and regulatory affairs.
Qualification : Engineering degree with PGDBM/ MBA from reputed Tier I/II Institutes shall be preferred.
The role objective is to increase the existing and new Business for the company. This is a leadership role for highly motivated persons who have proven track record of achieving high growth. He would scout the market, analyze and create newer product line to meet the requirements / aspirations of the market and to sell innovative product line in the competitive retail market.
