Looking for a senior level Vice President for our Client, a leading South Indian Business Conglomerate, for their Sugar business.

An Agri-PGDM from IIMA, with global experience in wide spectrum areas of Agri business/ agri commodities, international trading/ processing management/ imports & exports management.

- Should be offering decisive leadership and multi-functional expertise in strategic planning, Operations Management, Environment, Plant Engineering, Project Management, Materials Management and Industrial Relations

- Should be looking after the entire unit operation. look after complete function of sugar plant.

- TO RUN THE UNIT AS PROFIT CENTRE BY LIAISONING WITH GOVT. OFFICERS, FARMERS, POLITICAL LEADERS.

- Instrumental in increasing the area of cane plantation which is the heart of sugar industry by Conceptualized & implemented innovative approach

- Instrumental in driving production

- Achievement of Target fixed by the Management.

- Timely application of cost effectiveness in the organization.

- Involvement of major policy decision making of the organization.

- Units raw material ( Sugarcane ) development, sourcing & supply and Units Operations, etc.

- Attaining the All-time high crushing
