Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing - eCommerce

The role :

- The company is focused on building a pure digital experience for its customers (both farmers and retailers). We hold that only by pursuing a strategy based on digital acquisition, digital onboarding, digital advisory and digital sales is it possible to ultimately address the vast agricultural customer base across India and to build an economically sustainable business.

- Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the company's strategic plan, and to develop future plans

- Lead our Marketing and Call Center teams to drive revenue growth in existing channels

- Own all retailer relationship activities, maximize customer reach and marketing efficiency

- Drive aggressive business growth across all customer segments and profiles

- Improving the individual customer experience together with our Product Management team

- Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation

- Monitor the revenue forecasts, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth

Job requirements :

Your profile :

- Over ten years in diversified leadership roles

- Proven track-record across all key functions required to drive and implement revenue growth in a marketplace or ecommerce business

- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy

- Significant general management and P&L experience

- History of decision-making based on business metrics

- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

- MBA preferred

- Strong communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English

- Strong presentation skills proven at the C-level
