Description - Our client is looking for a rock-star, Sales Management professional who has a strong Level 2 management experience (Manager of Managers) in sales from IT industry.

Description:
- Manage a team of sales managers/vertical managers
- Manage and grow the entire PnL for the Business Unit
- Sustain and grow the sales projections
- Management and coaching of Area Management Sales team
- Execution of corporate and sales programs and methodologies
- Align sales organization structure to maximize efficiency and meet corporate objectives
- At least 2 years of Lvl 2 management (manager of managers) experience. This is mandatory to have for any applicant
- Strong English communication
- Proven track record in Sales target achievements
- Consultative sales experience
- Good understanding of the industry
