Job Objective : Build a profitable retail sales channel for the Organization. Design and set-up relevant Store Operations Procedures systems and controls to streamline workflow and create work environment that enhances efficiency.
Key KRAs :
- Operationally head Pan-India retail footprint. Create Business Strategy for new store roll-outs (expansion plan) & Profitability.
- Scale up the Store Network by identifying the right locations on the vectors of Right Availability, Optimum Rentals, Minimum Capex
- Responsible for P&L, top-line and bottom-line performance of the stores
- Devise processes for Operational Excellence. Set up Strong Governance Standards & Build a Value driven Organization on the pillars of Transparency & Meritocracy
- Work with the Category Heads to deliver a compelling product proposition across all categories by taking calls on Range, Product Mix &Price Points.
- Plan visual merchandising and space planning
- Planning Store Wise In-time Season merchandise Deployment.
- Conceptualize & Execute BTL activation to enhance Brand Experience, Product Promise & Retail Excitement.
- Focusing on Customer Centricity & Ensuring Flawless Store Experience across all critical touch points in the store
- Team development & training
Key Criteria :
- Minimum 10 years experience in fashion retail with extensive work in all categories.
- Expert in retail operations, buying & merchandising.
